Substitution/Cancellation Policy
Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours in advance of the conference. Refunds are available if cancellation is received at least 21 days before the event. $75 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled registrations.
Arrowhead reserves the right to request proof of status and institutional affiliation as pertains to various registration rates outlined above.
